I recently stayed at Hotel Du Lac in Crans-Montana for a ski vacation and it exceeded all my expectations. The owner personally greeted us and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The complimentary glass of their homemade beer upon arrival was a delightful touch. The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy walking access to the village and close proximity to the cable car. The views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning vistas of the lake, mountains, and even a glimpse of Monte Bianco. The beds were comfy, the bar and dining area were well-stocked, and the staff, including Yves, were incredibly kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, whether for skiing or hiking.

Staff were amazing and very friendly. The views from the balcony were stunning and it was in a perfect location for exploring the village on foot. The complimentary beer was a nice touch and the dining room was clean and well-stocked.

The hotel was quite noisy, and it was difficult to sleep at times as we could hear early birds and late arrivals. The nearby construction work made it difficult to start our walks, and we found it hard to navigate without clear signposting.

This hotel offers incredible value for money with its reasonable prices and exceptional service. The attention to detail can be seen in the comfortable rooms, some of which have a nice balcony and offer great views of the lake. The location right in front of the lake is perfect, providing easy access to both ski lifts and the Montana-Arnouva gondola. The breakfast served here is also top-notch, offering a versatile and delicious spread.

Wow! I had an amazing weekend in the mountains. The hotel is located just a few minutes from the ski lift and has breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Sometimes I could hear other guests’ noises in the hallways or adjacent rooms, which could be slightly disturbing. parking around the hotel can be a bit challenging at peak times, but I found a spot with the help of the staff.
